AAA Surveys
Old Colony Planning Council is excited to announce the launch of several confidential and anonymous Needs Assessment Surveys. By taking the surveys you will help support funding for community programs and services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers over the next four years.

The ‘Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults’ (CASOA)
Old Colony Planning Council is conducting this survey in partnership with Polco, a trusted research firm and civic engagement platform. The questionnaire covers different factors impacting quality of life for those aged 50+ including:
- Local employment
- And volunteer opportunities,
- Housing, Accessibility, Mobility,
- And physical and mental health.
The CASOA will be available online in 12 languages, including: English, Español (Spanish), Portuguese, Haitian Creole and Cape Verdean Creole, 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese) and 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), 한국인 (Korean), Tiếng Việt (Vietnamese), हिंदी (Hindi), عربي (Arabic), and Tagalog.
*For Service Providers: Please note that Paper Copies of the survey can be used for those that need it; however, if at all possible, please then enter the paper responses into the respective online survey links.

Massachusetts – Executive Office of Elder Affairs Needs Assessment Survey
This survey is intended to identify the needs of all older adults aged 60+ in our communities, however, EOEA is especially asking for everyone’s help in having the survey be completed by those with the greatest social and economic needs.

The Elder Affairs Needs Assessment Survey will be available online only in English, but will be available via paper survey in: English, Español (Spanish), Portuguese, 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese), 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese), Creole (Haitian & Cape Verdean), Khmer, Russian, Tiếng Việt (Vietnamese), हिंदी (Hindi), عربي (Arabic), Armenian & Luganda
