Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Director

With a strong foundation in patient-centered care, Donna brings over 30 years of experience as a dedicated Dental Assistant to her role as Ombudsman Director at Old Colony Planning Council. In her career in Dentistry, she consistently demonstrated a deep compassion for others, advocating for patients’ comfort, dignity, and understanding in vulnerable moments—values that seamlessly will translate into her work in long-term care advocacy. As Ombudsman Manager, Donna is committed to being a compassionate voice for residents, ensuring their rights are respected, concerns are addressed, and their well-being is prioritized. She believes that open communication, empathy, and respectful collaboration are key to fostering a supportive environment for both residents and their families.
