Emmanuel Okpomo

Emmanuel Okpomo joined OCPC in June of 2025 at the Administrative & Communications Assistant. Emmanuel support daily operations with a focus on communications, marketing, and internal coordination. Reporting to the Communications & Operations Manager and working closely with the Executive Director, he plays a vital role in supporting internal workflows, communications efforts, and day-to-day administrative needs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Emmanuel recently received his Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies, with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Temple University. He is passionate about helping the community, and most importantly, having a growth mindset.

In his career, as a former Division 1 college student athlete, he developed a strong skill set in team ethics, leadership, resilience, time management, and people management.

Emmanuel was born in Delta State, Nigeria. However, he had the opportunity to move to the United States at the age of 15 on his own through a basketball scholarship. What keeps him motivated is his family, which includes his mom, two older brothers, and being an uncle to three nephews and two nieces. Sadly, lost his dad in the year 2020, while he was in the States.
