Rhiannon Dugan

Rhiannon Dugan, is a Senior Planner in the Comprehensive Planning and Sustainability department at Old Colony Planning Council. She joined OCPC in September of 2023. Dugan works with local, state, and federal agencies providing technical assistance for sustainable and equitable community development. Rhiannon works on varying projects including but not limited to Master Plans, Open Space and Recreation Plans, and Green Communities administrative assistance. 

Prior to joining OCPC Dugan worked in education with MassAudubon and as an Environmental Planner at SRPEDD. Rhiannon holds a Bachelors of Science in Geography from Worcester State University. She recently completed her Masters in Urban Planning and Community Development with a concentration in Environmental Planning from UMass Boston.
