Megan Fournier

Megan Fournier currently serves as Communications & Operations Manager at the Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC), where she began her career as a Senior Executive Assistant in 2021 before advancing into her current role. At OCPC, she created and now leads OCPC’s first formal communications department, which highlights and promotes the impactful work of the organization across the region. In addition, she manages internal communications, ensuring staff remain connected, informed, and engaged in the Council’s mission and goals. Her work has played a central role in strengthening both the visibility of OCPC and the collaboration within it.

Prior to her work at OCPC, Megan was with the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts, where she managed conferences and educational programming, working closely with industry leaders and partners to deliver high-quality events. She also gained early professional experience with the Brockton Rox baseball team, serving as Assistant Event Coordinator and Ticket Operations Manager, where she honed her skills in event logistics, marketing, and team leadership.

Megan earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Management and Entrepreneurship, along with a Minor in Hospitality, from the University of New Hampshire. She married her high school sweetheart and loves spending her free time with him, their two boys, and the family dog.
