Building a Resilient Food System in Plymouth County

Register here – a Zoom link will be emailed to you
Agenda: 2025 06 25 public kick-off
Old Colony Planning Council, in partnership with Plymouth County and the Marion Institute, has received a Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to assess vulnerabilities in our regional food system and develop an action plan to strengthen resilience—economically, socially, environmentally, and physically.
At this meeting, we’ll provide a brief project overview, describe upcoming engagement opportunities, and share how you or your organization can participate. Whether you work in municipal planning, farming, food assistance, public health, education, or advocacy—or simply care about building a stronger regional food system—we welcome your input.
Please complete this short RSVP and interest form to register for the meeting and indicate how you’d like to be involved.
If you can’t make the meeting, no problem—a recording will be shared afterward, and you can still use the form to express interest in staying involved.
Your perspective is essential to shaping a food system that reflects the needs, values, and strengths of our communities. We hope you’ll consider joining us.
