Kyle Mowatt

Kyle joined Old Colony Planning Council as an intern in 2009 and went on to join the team full time in 2010 as Transportation Planner.

Kyle manages the ATR and TMC Data Collection Program, and is an FAA certified drone pilot for the OCPC Drone Program. In addition to that, he provides Local Technical Assistance to OCPCs 17 Communities, Pavement Management System assistance, Congestion Management System assistance, and monitors and coordinates MEPA reviews and comment letters.

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University in Geography and Regional Planning, along with a minor in GIS.
