Principal Transportation Planner
Ray has over thirty years of experience as a Transportation Planner, both in the public and private sectors.
He earned a B.S. in Urban Studies at Boston State College and an M.S. in Urban Planning (with a concentration in Public Affairs), at the University of Massachusetts, Boston Harbor Campus. He has experience in developing and reviewing Traffic Impact and Access Studies for site development, and at OCPC, Ray has produced a number of corridor studies as well as Road Safety Audits (RSA) for member communities, creating collaborative relationships with local officials and interest groups. Ray has earned the “Road Scholar” designation through the UMass Transportation Center Baystate Roads Program full-day and mini-workshops.
